– ABOUT ME –
My Name is Sapana Shah and I am a Visual Artist, Intuitive Guide, Creative Consultant, and social worker from Sarlahi District – Terai region of Nepal. Graduated from the Emerging Leaders Program, University of San Diego – Institute for Peace and Justice & Leadership. Masters in Fine Arts (MFA), Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal and lecturer at Lalitkala Campus, Tribhuvan University.
Especially I use the powerful creative connection process in combination with the concepts of neuroscience and positive psychology in my work with children, youth, and women to build reliance and empower them.
I believe that we can rewire our brains through focus on our strength and repetition to expand the good wellness to create a meaningful life.
