My Name is Sapana Shah and I am a Visual Artist, Intuitive Guide, Creative Consultant, and social worker from Sarlahi District – Terai region of Nepal. Graduated from the Emerging Leaders Program, University of San Diego – Institute for Peace and Justice & Leadership. Masters in Fine Arts (MFA), Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal and lecturer at Lalitkala Campus, Tribhuvan University.

Sapana Creation is a platform for differently able children, youth, women, and trance gender community people to teach them expressive art with the powerful creative connection process in combination with the concepts of neuroscience and positive psychology to build reliance and empower our brains includes meditation, sound, movement, journaling, arts, (clay & drawing) and sharing. Participants get a chance to pause and reflect on their life experiences in a peaceful, non-judgmental atmosphere with an intuitive guide & creative consultant. sapana creation organized various art exhibitions for all the artists around the world to build reliance & empower them.
